1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between lk44 ("lk44", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("you", "player", "user") who registers an account or uses any service provided through the lk44 platform at lk44.io.

By registering an account on lk44, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use lk44.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on lk44 are conducted in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). lk44 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment account you use must be registered in your own name. lk44 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

lk44 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the player's standing. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment account that differs from the one used for deposits without a completed account verification process.

• Deposits are credited to your lk44 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed as quickly as possible, typically within ten minutes during normal operating hours.
• lk44 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated outside of lk44's official withdrawal process are considered a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

5. Games & Betting

lk44 offers a range of games including Poker, Keno, Monster Hi-Lo, Monster Crash, Monster Mine, and The Great Icescape. All games on lk44 use a provably fair system. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic seed generated before the round begins. Players can verify any result independently after the round ends.

• Bets placed on lk44 are final once confirmed. lk44 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, lk44 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet.
• lk44 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or within any single session at its discretion.
• Game results generated by lk44's provably fair system are final. lk44 does not alter results after a round has concluded.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you may raise a dispute with lk44 support within 72 hours of the round in question. lk44 will review the cryptographic seed record for the round and provide a full explanation of the outcome. Disputes raised after 72 hours may not be investigated.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

lk44 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, or other incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply to all lk44 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated at the time of the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the bonus terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on lk44. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on lk44.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using lk44 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on lk44.
• Using lk44 for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's lk44 account without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through a known bug must be reported to lk44 support and will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing lk44 staff or other players through any communication channel.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended inactivity, as defined in lk44's inactive account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason, lk44 will return the remaining balance to the player's registered payment method after completing any required verification checks.

11. Limitation of Liability

• lk44's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
